By accessing and using Rectangly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rectangly provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital business cards. We offer various tools to customize your digital presence and capture lead information from visitors who interact with your profile.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

When collecting lead information ("Exchange" feature), you are acting as the Data Controller for that information and must handle it in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR and CCPA.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with the plan you select.

• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or weekly).
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal in your settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact [email protected].

5. Content Ownership & License

You retain all rights to the content you upload, including profile images, links, text, and other assets. By uploading content, you grant Rectangly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing, hosting, and promoting your digital card as requested.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Rectangly does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. In no event shall Rectangly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, infringes on intellectual property, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rectangly operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
